Can I play alone?
You could try, however, we recommend groups of 3-5. Plus, it’s more fun to play in a group!
Is there an Age Requirement?
Labyrinth is designed for ages 13+, however ages 10+ are allowed with a parent or guardian.
what should i wear?
You should wear comfortable, active-wear clothing and closed-toe shoes. No open-toe, dresses or skirts. You are going to get a little sweaty
Do i need to sign a waiver?
Yes, you will need to sign one before you play. Anyone under the age of 18 needs to have a parent or legal guardian sign the waiver on their behalf. You can find the waiver here.
are the levels difficult?
We think so. It will likely take you multiple attempts to be able to complete a challenge, hopefully you are paying attention to how you are losing so you don’t make the same mistake twice. There is a plaque on each entrance door indicating the level of difficulty along with how physically and mentally challenging the room is.
How Physically Challenging is Labyrinth?
We have signs on every room before you walk in, letting you know how physically challenging/ mentally challenging a room will be. The level of physical difficulty in some of our rooms will include; crawling, balancing, hanging, climbing, and swinging to and from platforms.
We do have games that will only challenge you mentally with different puzzles, If you go into a room and find that it is too physically demanding you can walk out of a room at any time and try a new one!
Can I participate while pregnant?
It is not advisable as some of our rooms are very physically demanding. We do have rooms that will challenge you mentally rather than physically. The plaques placed on the outside of each of the rooms will let you know how they will challenge you. If you go into a room and find that it is too physically demanding you can exit at any time. We have had quite a few customers participate that are pregnant and they said it has not been an issue and there has been plenty for them to do, but it is a personal decision on what you are comfortable with.
How long can i play?
Labyrinth is included in our month-to-month memberships starting at $14.99! Single-use 90 minute and all-day passes can also be purchased starting at $20.99, but you’ll need to come back over and over in order to complete all adventures!
How long does Labyrinth take to beat?
It depends on the skill level of your group. In a 90 minute visit, most groups can complete between 2-4 rooms. In order to beat all 16 levels, it will take roughly 4-5 visits.
Are there any age restrictions?
Labyrinth is designed for ages 13+. We do allow 10 and up if participating with an adult 18+.
what exactly is labyrinth?
Labyrinth is an interactive immersive reality experience. We have 16 different themed rooms that we call mini games, each mini game has 1-4 levels in each, you need to work your way through each of the levels- if you fail a level you will need to start over at the first level of the mini game. You will have access to all of the rooms during your time in the Labyrinth. The goal is to complete as many mini games as you can. Some challenges will be physical, while others are mental. Once you successfully complete the final level you will receive points you can redeem for prizes at our loot cave! You will be in groups of 3-5 players.
is it an escape room?
No! Well, sort of. Some experiences will feel like an escape room and some will feel like an American ninja warrior course. You won’t be stuck in any room for more than a few minutes at a time because when you fail, you go back to the beginning.
is it virtual reality?
Nope, Labyrinth Reality Games is “reality” reality! Although we utilize technology to automate your experience and help you navigate through the Labyrinth, the actual experience is real with real obstacles and real objectives. No headset required!
how many levels can we try in a visit?
When you buy a pass you will be able to try all of the levels in a single visit. If one is too hard then move to the next one. you will have free rein to try the levels in whichever order your group decides.
Do you have to play the levels in order?
After you finish training, you can choose which level you want to play next. There is no specific order to play the rooms.
Do i need to book in advance?
For groups of 20 or more, please call us at 214.222.0021 or email info@airbornelewisville.com to book a spot. This will help our team best accommodate your group.
How do I book an event?

can you bring in outside food and drinks?
We do not allow any outside food or drink Into our facility. If for some reason you have to bring food in, there is a $50.00 outside food fee that needs to be paid. If you book a birthday party with us, you are allowed to bring in a birthday cake & Ice cream
Do Parents Need to Pay?
If parents are entering the room with their kids, they do need to pay. We do require everyone to have our waiver signed even if they are not participating.
Do you offer military discount?
We do have a military discount. It is 10% off. Thank you so much for your service! Make sure to bring your military ID with you.
